tv 666 — Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as the foundation for operating the tv 666 platform and its associated services. The rules stated in these Terms apply to all services provided through tv 666's website, mobile application, and any other digital channel.

By completing user registration or logging into the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses of these Terms. tv 666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes will be considered effective from the date of publication.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The entire digital service environment made up of tv 666's website and application.
• "User" or "Member" — A person who has created an account on tv 666.
• "Account" — The personal user profile created through registration.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any incentive money granted by tv 666 that can be withdrawn upon meeting specified conditions.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited by the user themselves.

2.1 Age Requirement and Identity Verification

The minimum age to use any service on tv 666 is 21 years. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of information provided at registration. tv 666 may at any time request identity documents, proof of age, or address verification, and reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If a person operates multiple accounts — using the same name, address, device, or payment method — all accounts may be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, email, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. If any information needs to be changed, the support team must be contacted via live chat.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tv 666 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Identity Verification and Withdrawal

tv 666 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request. The withdrawal process will be on hold until the required documents are submitted. This is done for security purposes and to protect the user.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and withdrawing the bonus requires ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagering.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds are not direct cash — they become withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements are met.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus offer is active.
• Using multiple accounts to earn bonuses will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• tv 666 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• Claiming a bonus also makes the specific terms of that promotion applicable.

4.3 Meeting Wagering Requirements

Each offer's description will specify which games or betting categories count toward meeting the wagering requirement. The full bet amount may not count in certain games — read the terms of each promotion separately.

5.1 Expected Standard of Play

All members on the tv 666 platform are expected to play fairly and honestly. Any strategic method that harms the normal operation of the platform or is carried out with the intent to abuse the bonus system will be considered a violation of the Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Using or accessing another member's account.
• Applying risk-free betting ("arbitrage") strategies solely for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.

5.3 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are identified, tv 666 may suspend or close the account without notice, cancel associated bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

tv 666's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — calculated at a set rate on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. VIP tier upgrades depend on gaming activity. The benefits and conditions of each tier apply separately and are subject to change.

Users must keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and must not share them with any third party. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the tv 666 support team must be notified immediately.

Details on the collection, storage, and use of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy. tv 666 uses SSL encryption and modern security measures to protect user data.

7.1 Password Security

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers.
• It is recommended to change your password regularly.
• If you log in at a cyber café or on a shared device, always end your session before leaving.

tv 666 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. All services on the platform are provided for entertainment purposes, and gambling should not be regarded as a source of income. Users are responsible for playing within their own financial means.

To manage your gambling habits, you may use deposit limits, time limits, or self-exclusion options — details are available in the Responsible Gambling Guide.

tv 666 always strives to ensure a high standard of service. However, the platform's services may be temporarily unavailable or limited due to technical errors, network issues, third-party service disruptions, or other reasons.

In such situations, tv 666 is not liable for financial losses, but service restoration will be treated as a priority. If a service disruption occurs during an active bet or game session, tv 666 will assess the situation and make a decision, cancelling or settling the bet as appropriate.

9.1 Pricing and Odds Errors

If a game's payout, odds, or bonus amount is clearly displayed incorrectly, tv 666 reserves the right to cancel that bet or transaction. Results from transactions that took advantage of an obvious error will not be approved.

10.1 Closure at User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawal requests must be settled before making the request. Any active bonus will be cancelled and bonus funds will not be returned.

10.2 Termination by tv 666

In the event of a serious breach of the Terms, particularly involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activities, tv 666 may close the account without prior notice.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. An administrative fee may be charged on inactive accounts, or the account may be closed. If a balance exists, an attempt will be made to contact the member.

If you have a complaint or dispute, first contact tv 666 via live chat or email. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both Bengali and English.

When submitting a complaint, provide your account details, the date and amount of the transaction, and a full description of the matter. tv 666 aims to provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.

tv 666 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members through appropriate means. However, the responsibility to stay updated with the Terms ultimately lies with the user.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. In the event of any disagreement over the interpretation of a clause, tv 666's interpretation will be considered final.
